Amanda chaired the international jury which included Prime Minister Edi Rama, Acting Mayor of Tirana Anuela Ristani, Elira Kokona, Adelina Greca, Armando Duka and architects Florian Idenburg, Michel Rojkind, Loren del Rio Gimeno and Simon Battisti.
The team led by OMA won the competition, beating finalists Foster + Partners, FAR frohn&rojas, OFFICE Kersten Geers David Van Severen, and Zaha Hadid Architects.
