SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work closely with the Project Director and design team, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of the project.

The role will include:

• Managing the project team, programme, deliverables and key activities through the RIBA stages.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC4 contracts and protecting the practice’s contractual position.
• Preparing, maintaining and driving activity schedules and project programmes.
• Working closely with the client-side Project Managers and consultant team, and confidently driving actions and deliverables.
• Strategic thinking around programme, procurement, resources, budget and how the project should be structured and delivered.
• Monitoring quality and ensuring the team delivers the required information to the agreed programme.
• Managing project resources, workload and forward planning.
• Supporting fee management, invoicing, variations and contract administration.
• Producing clear, concise presentations and written strategic advice, and presenting recommendations confidently to senior stakeholders.
• Having sufficient knowledge and authority to run the project when the Project Director is unavailable.

You will be organised, commercially aware, strategically minded and confident working with senior clients, consultants and a large multidisciplinary team.

 

BIM COORDINATOR

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join our London Studio.

The role will focus on BIM modelling, coordination and information management, alongside architectural delivery across RIBA Stages 2–4. You will work closely with the BIM Lead on a dedicated project, supporting the team in the development of coordinated design information.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating project models, including those of external consultants and for maintaining the quality and consistency of documentation across the project. The role will also involve supporting BIM processes within the team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working to ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and Asset Information Requirements (AIRs), as well as experience with COBie data input. You will be confident coordinating internal teams and external consultants.

Proficiency in Revit is essential. Experience with Navisworks or Solibri, and Newforma Konekt would be beneficial.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing technical BIM leadership with architectural project delivery in a collaborative studio environment.

 

PROJECT ARCHITECT

We are looking for a Project Architect to join our London studio.

We are looking for significant experience in delivering exceptional projects – exceptional in scale, context or profile. You will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience leading teams from concept to completion, preferably within an internationally renowned office. You will be an excellent communicator with a strong design sensibility both conceptually and in detailing. You will have an excellent understanding of construction and be highly computer literate in Revit and Rhino with good knowledge of BIM.

Responsibilities will include leading an AL_A team, communicating effectively with both client and consultants, and co-ordinating work to successfully develop architectural proposals and packages across all stages.

You will be dynamic, passionate, organised, logical, and enjoy being part of a growing office.

 

PART II ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT

We are looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join our London studio.

You will work across a variety of projects at a range of stages, contributing to the development and exploration of design ideas in a collaborative, fast-paced team.

You will have strong design ability, excellent graphic presentation skills and previous experience in a design-led practice in the UK or internationally.

Exceptional ability in Rhino and the Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Proficiency in Enscape or D5 (or similar) is required. Grasshopper and Revit experience is beneficial.
