PRACTICE MANAGER
We’re looking for a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Practice Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a busy architectural studio with 40 employees, including being first point of contact for all H&S and IT matters, as well as human resources administration.
Applicants should have significant experience of managing an office, including premises and facilities, supplier liaison and negotiation, supervising a support team of receptionists and PAs, coordinating recruitment and induction processes, dealing with confidential HR data, and event management. This person should be an expert on the Microsoft Office suite and able to trouble-shoot minor IT issues, liaising with external IT consultant where necessary. Experience of Workspace, ISO 9001 and the visa application process would be an advantage, but are not essential.
We are looking for a positive force with demonstrable written and verbal communication skills who is an unflappable multitasker, can build great relationships at all levels and is willing to get stuck in with whatever the job requires.
EXPERIENCED PROJECT ARCHITECT
We’re looking for an Experienced Project Architect to join our London studio, someone who’s excited by ambitious projects and thoughtful design. If you love diving into beautiful details, exploring materials, and pushing fabrication in new directions, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll have around 10 years’ experience post-graduation, and the ability leading teams from concept to completion, ideally within a design-led international practice. You’ll bring strong design instincts, a curious mind, and a deep passion for how things are put together.
We’re looking for someone who not only thinks conceptually but also knows how to deliver. You should have proven experience coordinating internal and external design teams, managing information flow, and guiding projects through construction. You’ll feel confident producing high-quality technical packages and leading others to do the same, ensuring the work meets all relevant regulations and the requirements needed to build with clarity and craft.
In this role, you will work across all RIBA stages, sometimes leading an entire project and at other times taking responsibility for specific packages of work. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and consultants, mentor the team, and help shape projects that are both inventive and beautifully made.
If you’re energised by experimentation, bespoke detailing, and making new ideas happen, we’d love to meet you.
