Central Embassy models selected for RA Summer Exhibition

Radical display in celebration of show's 250th anniversary

June 12 2018

In celebration of the 250th anniversary of the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition, Piers Gough has selected and curated a radical display of architecture models. As part of the wider show, curated by Grayson Perry, three-dimensional works of all sizes and media fill the exhibition’s Architecture Room, ranging from completed designs to ideas and concepts.

AL_A’s selection of massing study models of Central Embassy, made from hand carved styrofoam, 3D printed FDM and 3D printed z print, were selected as part of the display.

The Royal Academy Summer Exhibition 2018 runs from Tuesday 12 June – Sunday 19 August. For more information on the exhibition, visit the Royal Academy’s website.
