News: AL_A welcomes the public to its north London studio
September 17 2015AL_A are opening up their studio to the public as part of the annual Open House London weekend.
Visitors can drop by between 10am and 4pm on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September 2015.
Five projects now under construction across the world will be on display: the V&A Exhibition Road project, Central Embassy and Thong Lo in Bangkok, MPavilion in Melbourne, and the Museum of Art, Architecture & Technology in Lisbon, alongside models, drawings and visuals of the studio’s previous and ongoing projects.
The large top-lit space, formerly a transport depot for Islington Council, has been the home of the practice since it was converted by AL_A in 2012.
As part of the weekend, the V&A are organising rooftop tours with the project team of the Exhibition Road site. Further details are available on the Open House London website.
