Architectural Technician
AL_A is seeking an Architectural Technician with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit and experience of working within a large team.
Duties will involve producing detailed 2D drawings and 3D models in Revit as well as checking technical and construction detailing in evolving tender and construction packages produced by other team members. The role will also involve providing construction advice, solutions, sketch details and product research.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate an extensive understanding of design dialogue, materials, construction processes, systems and methodologies, with experience in contract documents and construction administration. A thorough knowledge of UK building regulations, British Standards and NBS specification writing is required.
The ideal candidate will be a very organised team player with a high level of attention to detail and experience in large-scale UK projects from RIBA stages D through to completion.
